Who Is Tan & Co?

We are a firm of accountants situated in the heart of the West Midlands - Birmingham. TAN & CO was established in 1975 by Mr Philip Tan. The firm was the very first to be founded in the West Midlands, catering for the needs of the Chinese community and their businesses.

Throughout the years TAN & CO was able to establish itself, through experience and a reputation for ensuring a high standard of client service. Today, not only do we serve and provide the necessary financial and business advisory services to businesses in the West Midlands, but we have also expanded and branched out to clients from other regions of the UK.

We have a fairly broad-based clientele and thus have experience in dealing with issues arising from incorporated and unincorporated businesses. Although dealing primarily with profit making organisations, we do have clients who are not-for-profit concerns and charities. As such, we have the expertise and experience to deal with clients with different levels of financial sophistication and from various industries and backgrounds.

We also provide a range of other services which range from the provision of insurance to legal matters via our associated companies and business contacts. We aim to provide a whole sale approach for business start-up and continuity.
